‘Vendedy’: Making Street Markets Accessible

Her entrepreneurial carrier started with ‘Vendedy’. It is a social network, that connects global travelers to street markets, providing information on the top street markets, top resources, deals, and tips on street food and best ways to meet cool street vendors. A long-term aim of the project is to «digitize access to the $10 trillion-dollar street market economy and make it accessible to all». The innovative platform was featured in Forbes, Entrepreneur Magazine, Huffington Post, Inc Magazine, IBM Global Entrepreneur, Microsoft, the Clinton Global Initiative and a dozen of others. Travelers call ‘Vendedy’ as the ‘Yelp’ for street markets, consumers say it is the ‘Birchbox’ for this kind of products.

‘Startup Grind For Entrepreneurs’: Dissolving Boundaries

Ntim is a Director of global community for entrepreneurs named ‘Startup Grind Dubai Powered by Google for Entrepreneurs’ based in UAE, though the conferences take place all over the world. The upcoming conference will be held in London on the 14th of June, where top investors, entrepreneurs, developers, and journalists from both Europe and Silicon Valley will meet. «Startup Grind London will showcase one day of nonstop content, valuable networking, mentor sessions, and investor Q+A’s», – the program says.

The top 25 companies from the Startup Exhibition, that had been prequalified, will be invited to join the Startup Program. For them it is a unique chance to address 200+ investors, contact 1,500 potential new customers and receive the opportunity to obtain £110,000 IBM Cloud Credit. In its turn a startup needs to have under 20 employees, under £3M in funding, a so-called «awesome company» and 4 VIP tickets for the team. The ‘Startup Grind’ is already looking for startups which are eager to participate at the ‘Global Conference 2018 Startup Showcase’ in Silicon Valley, which will be held on February 13-14, 2018. This campaign is supposed to be even more far-reaching than a recognized large-scale one in June this year.

‘Global Startup Ecosystem’: Opportunities Unlimited

The story of ‘Global Startup Ecosystem’ dates back to July 2016, when Ntim decided to post an Eventbrite link stating that she would teach all the strategies in building a company while building a personal brand in one day. In a week, more 460+ registrations were collected. Hereafter her husband Einstein added mental health entrepreneurship and exponential technology lectures to the core program offerings. Within 6 months the company could name 2000+ entrepreneurs in 6 global cities.

At the moment ‘Global Startup Ecosystem’ is the first and largest digital accelerator network in the world, that is aimed «to digitize offline startup ecosystems». Up-to-dateness of the project is hardly arguable, while our future is becoming more and more digital: at the moment 3 billion people (in comparison, the world population is 7,3 billion) are online. In the next few years, this figure is estimated to increase up to 4 billion. «Entrepreneurship will play a major role in the lives of future generations and it is critical to have stable entrepreneurial ecosystems. Startup communities will leverage the web for cross collaboration, resources, and innovation. We aim to be the digital bedrock of this movement».

Thus, it includes regional digital accelerators, launching 1000 companies a year across 190+ countries, regional tech summits, gathering thousands of entrepreneurs, investors, digital marketers, and creatives, and regional startup hacking boot camps on personal branding, product, growth and hack hacking and funding hacks. Being a Managing Partner of the accelerator network, Ntim is a sought-after speaker, well known for her award-winning talk named «Entrepreneurship Without Borders» and startup hacking series.

The upcoming event of ‘Global Startup Ecosystem’ schedule is ‘Partner Event’ on April, 28 as a part of Annual Startup Ecosystem Summit. In May another ‘Partner Event’ and ‘Free Press Hacking + Growth Hacking Boot Camp’ will take place.
